Indecent Exposure Suspect Sought

BOULDER, Colo. – The Boulder Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find the man seen here in connection to an indecent exposure and possible burglary investigation.

The suspect has been seen following college-aged women to their homes in the University Hill and Goss Grove neighborhoods at night in the past few days. The suspect has prior arrests related to these crimes and detectives are concerned these crimes could escalate.

The suspect’s name is Nimroid Boles Folsom, 51, and he has a no bond warrant out for his arrest for one count of indecent exposure. He’s approximately 5’5” tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and often rides a bicycle.

Boulder Police ask anyone who has any information on his location or sees Folsom to please call 911 reference case 24-5477.

The Boulder Police Department would like to remind all community members to:

  • always be aware of what’s going on around you, especially when walking,
  • walk with other people when possible,
  • walk in well-lit and well-traveled areas,
  • always lock your doors to make it harder for anyone to enter,
  • secure your windows and,
  • close any blinds in areas where you expect privacy, especially if you live in a ground-level unit.

As in every criminal case, these charges are an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty.
