Darth Blader, Super Scooper and Plowzer will report for duty this snow season!
Ten winning names for City of Boulder snowplows have been selected as part of the city’s first-ever snowplow naming contest. The winning names, which were selected from more than 200 entries, are:
- Snowie
- Snow Gobbler
- Mighty One
- Happy Tracks
- Super Scooper
- Frosting
- Plowzer
- Plower Power
- Darth Blader
- Ice Blade
The contest was open to students grades K-5 in Boulder. The winners will have an opportunity to take a photo with the snowplow they named. Magnets with the winning names will be added to 10 city snowplows.
