This class will review a variety of line dances including Country, Disco and Latin Dance for a fun and invigorating time. Ballroom Dancing – Country Two Step and Cowboy Cha Cha
Learn the basics and beyond of the popular Country Two Step and Cowboy Cha Cha. With its roots in Foxtrot and Two Step, Country Two Step became popular with movies like " Urban Cowboy." Participants will also learn the popular Cowboy Cha Cha. Smooth soled shoes highly recommended. Individuals welcome, no partner required. Instructor: Judy Kreith.

Ballroom Dancing – Cha Cha Cha
The Cha Cha Cha originated in Cuba. This class will review rhythm, style, partnership and a variety of turns and patterns. This dance is versatile, rhythmic and fun to include in many social dance events! Smooth soled shoes highly recommended. Individuals welcome, no partner required. Instructor: Judy Kreith.

Tea Dance
EAST | Fridays, September 5 and 19, October 3 and 17, November 14 and 21, December 5 and 19 | 2 - 4 p.m. Fee: $5
Dance in a spacious ballroom to live music provided by Tom Yook, a favorite of Boulder dancers. Tom plays ballroom, rhythm, and Latin dance styles. A buffet style potluck snack is provided by the attendees. Individuals welcome, no partner or registration required.
3rd Law Dance/Theater’s In Motion Project

Movement classes for people living with Parkinson’s, but benefits anyone with mobility concerns. Classes welcome and include older adults 60+ of all abilities and care-partners. No dance experience is required, class may be enjoyed seated or standing. Discover diverse dance styles to energizing and inspiring music and practical movement methods that address balance, flexibility, and confidence. Prior registration preferred, but drop-ins welcome. Instructors: Taught by dance professionals trained in the Mark Morris Dance for PD® method, part of a global network in 300+ communities.
Dance Lessons with Judy Kreith
Private Dance Lessons are available through Older Adult Services for individuals or couples (maximum 2 people). Styles of dance may include swing, salsa, foxtrot, waltz, line dancing, jazz and more. Dance Instructor: Judy Kreith received her MA in Dance Education from Stanford University and has been teaching older adults for over ten years. Her classes emphasize the joy and connection of social dancing. East or West Age Well Center (by appointment) | Fee: R/NR $50/$63 per hour.
