Basic sites include

  • Dream Cove, Chandler Beach, Cottonwood Cove, Sailor's Point, Hobie Haven, Sunset, and Sunrise.

Premier sites include

  • Beachview, Pro Hill, and West Grass*
    *West Grass is for large, custom a la carte events only, with Reservoir manager approval.

Food Trucks

Food trucks are allowed at all picnic sites EXCEPT Chandler Beach. Food trucks at the Boulder Reservoir must be licensed with the City of Boulder.

  • 200 Guest Admissions

Price $2,175 basic site / $2,275 premier site Attendance Up to 150 - 300*

  • Canopy (1)20x20' set up & take down, (1) 20x30'
  • Tables (10) 8' Picnic Tables (Each table seats 8 - 10.)
  • Waste Containers (5 each) Trash/Recycling
  • 300 Guest Admissions

*We can accommodate more than 300 attendees, additional fees will apply

After submitting the picnic request form, you work with Boulder Reservoir staff to create a custom package that meets your picnic needs. The price will typically be higher than the packages above.
