Lyft Silver features larger text, fewer buttons, live phone support, and prioritizes vehicles that are easier to enter and exit. Jorge Arias is a retired Network Systems Administrator, proficient with Windows and Android devices, and fluent in both Spanish and English.
Boulder Universal students provide one-to-one tech help for older adults on various devices. Participants must bring own device. Topics may include file organization, email, texting, settings, apps, password management, and photo storage. Boulder Universal (BU) is Boulder Valley School District’s online school, offering virtual classes for K-12 to a wide variety of students.
