Pilates Mat
Strengthen and balance core muscle groups, developing great flexibility, strength, concentration, coordination and control through this non-impact class. Increase your awareness of functional body mechanics with the intention of building a stronger you. Offered at East Boulder Community Center and South Boulder Recreation Center.
Cardio Sculpt
Class includes a steady aerobic-state workout designed to take your cardio training to the next level. Class will keep you moving and strengthen your fitness level. Class includes at least 30-minutes of cardio movement along with strength and abdominal work and cool down stretching. Offered at the North Boulder Recreation Center and South Boulder Recreation Center.
Barre Fitness
Barre Fusion/Barre
