City Ballot Measures

Permanent Extension of the Community, Culture, Safety and Resilience Tax

The Community, Culture, Safety and Resilience Tax (CCRS) tax funds city capital projects and the maintenance to take care of them. It also funds community non-profits that serve the Boulder community.

  • Ordinance 8710 - Extension of an existing .3 percent community, culture, resilience, and safety sales and use tax.

Increasing Debt Capacity

Fund capital improvement projects by increasing the city's debt capacity. This debt would then be repaid with dollars collected through the Community, Culture, Safety and Resilience Tax in the future.

  • Ordinance 8711 - Authorizing the increase of debt to build and maintain capital improvements.
