Boulder Police Investigating Burglary Spree
Holiday Closures
In observance of the winter holidays, the City of Boulder is adjusting its operations schedules.
BOULDER, Colo. – The Boulder Police Department is asking city businesses to be aware of a series of burglaries targeting exterior lockboxes.
The burglars are removing the lockboxes and breaking them open to access the business key inside. The crimes are occurring on different days of the week during the overnight hours. In all instances, the suspects stole the cashdrawer and opened it at a different unknown location.
Though the suspect images aren’t the best, we’re hoping someone in our community might recognize someone or know something about these crimes. The suspects, seen here, are described as three white or Latino males about 5’10” tall wearing hoodies, one black hoodie, one green hoodie with a John Deer logo and one gray hoodie with a John Deer logo. The suspects also appear to be using socks to cover their hands.
The burglaries have occurred at businesses on Pearl Street and Arapahoe Avenue between Oct. 29 and Nov. 14.
Anyone with any information about these individuals or these crimes is asked to contact Detective Snyder at SnyderJ@bouldercolorado.gov or 303-441-3386 regarding case 24-11438.
As in every criminal case, these charges are an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty.
