The City of Boulder Parks and Recreation Department (BPR) is seeking a qualified partner to provide healthy food and beverage options at an outdoor pool during the 2026 summer season. Due to the nature of the facility, this needs to be a self-contained cart (no water/power hookup onsite) that can fit within the fenced pool area. If interested, please answer the following questions in the linked application form and submit by Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

Interested vendors who are permitted to operate in the City of Boulder are invited to submit an application via the linked form. Applications should include:
- Business name, contact information and business entity details
- Description of services, including a proposed menu (must align with City of Boulder healthy concession standards)
- Proposed hours of operation
- Proposed revenue split or rental amount
- References
Applications will be reviewed after the May 5 deadline, with a selection anticipated by the last week of May. A site visit may be requested as part of the review process.
