All on-street prices and garage rates increase by $0.50 per hour
Parking rates in the City of Boulder will change starting Jan. 2, 2026. This modest increase will help maintain the vibrancy of the city's business districts by generating more revenue to offset the rising costs of maintaining parking services and infrastructure in these inflationary times.
On-Street Parking
- Downtown, University Hill and Boulder Junction: All on-street prices will increase by $0.50 per hour.
- Some downtown blocks may have higher or lower rates under the city’s performance-based pricing model, which bases pricing on typical peak occupancy. Parking prices are adjusted based on demand, with higher rates in areas where parking is most in demand and lower rates where it is less in demand.
- Parking is free for 15 minutes or less. Be sure to start a ParkMobile session to receive the free 15 minutes.
