The City of Boulder invites community members to a free informational event to learn more about home safety and tenant rights on Tuesday, June 9 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Penfield Tate, II Municipal Building, 1777 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302.
This event is designed to help community members understand their rights as tenants, what services are available to support tenants, city laws around manufactured home communities and topics related to building and home safety, including creating a wildfire resilient home and community. Refreshments, English/Spanish interpretation and bilingual materials will be provided.
Whether you rent, own or live in a manufactured home, staff will be available throughout the event to answer questions and will present two sessions to cover important information.
Community members are also encouraged to sign up for the city’s new Tenant Update email list to receive updates about local housing events, practical guidance on tenant rights and responsibilities and information on city programs.
