If you have a 2025 Financial Aid benefit you can now request the 2026 renewal applications in SmartRec by Amilia. It may take up to 10 days for the processing and review.

Annual Benefits (all membership will end Dec. 31 of the year of application)
- 100% Subsidized (Free) entry fees and memberships at all three recreation centers, outdoor pools and Boulder Reservoir. Boats are not included.
- Enjoy up to 2 hours of complimentary childcare at participating Recreation Centers while you’re using the facility.
- $500 annual scholarship fund per person to be used for 50% reduce fee on eligible programs
Exclusions
- Concessions or any retail items sold at point-of-sale
- Flatirons Golf Course programs, pro shop items, concessions and services
- Private or semi-private swim lessons, personal training or nutrition consultations
- One-day workshops or classes; Team leagues or group sports
- Court rentals reservations
- Boulder Reservoir watercraft permits, on-site storage, ANS fees
