Drop-In Help

For in-person assistance with setting up your Goss Grove EcoPass, you can come to our drop-in help sessions. Please be prepared with proof of residency at the drop-in help sessions. You can view acceptable proof-of-residence documents on Permit and Eligibility Requirements.

  • Wednesday, August 12 from 3-5 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 20 from 10-11 a.m.

How to Enroll

Provide proof of residence in Goss Grove

  1. View valid proof-of-residence documents on our Permit and Eligibility Requirements page.
  2. Navigate to boulder.aimsparking.com/ and create an account if you don’t already have one.
  3. Look for ‘Apply for a Permit’, ‘NPP Residential Permits’, and select ‘EcoPass for Goss Grove Residents’.
  4. Follow the prompts to add your proof of residency and submit your application.

City staff confirm residency

Once staff verifies your residency, we will enter the email address associated with your account into the RTD site, and you will receive an email from RTD that confirms this.

Download the RTD MyRide app and sign up with the same email address.

  1. Download the RTD MyRide app for iOS on the Apple App Store or Android on the Google Play Store.
  2. Create an account using the same email address you used for the permit application.

You’ll receive an email link to verify your account from RTD.

Set up your free pass in the app.

The MyRide barcode is your pass to access the bus for free.

  1. Click on MyRide on the home page.
  2. Click ‘Get Started’ in the Your Active Tokens section.
  3. Click ‘With MyRide Barcode.’

City staff issue your pass, and you’re ready to ride.

You will receive a confirmation email from RTD once city staff issues the pass. Your EcoPass is now active and you can start riding! Remember to always scan your MyRide barcode at the validator as you board the bus, or on the platform before boarding the train.

Why EcoPasses?

EcoPasses can have a big effect on how people choose to get around. When people have free, unlimited access to transit, they tend to use it much more — and drive less. By pairing paid parking with free EcoPasses for neighborhood residents, the pilot gives people more flexibility in how they get around.

When Can I Get a Free EcoPass?

The EcoPass pilot will run from Aug. 1, 2026, to July 31, 2028. To ensure that we are not paying for passes for folks who have moved away, after you get your EcoPass, you will need to renew it by July 31, 2027.

Where Can I Use EcoPass?

Your pass gives you access to all standard RTD services, including local, express, regional, airport and Call-n-Ride services.
