To begin working with a personal trainer, whether for a private lesson or semi-private lesson, a 90-minute Get Started session is required for all new clients and for returning clients that do not have a current intake form on file (paper or electronic) within the past year. This session includes a consultation and assessment with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer You can choose which Recreation Center and Personal Trainer you prefer to work with!

Intake Form
During the checkout process, you’ll be prompted to complete the Personal Training Intake Form. It’s quick and easy — it only takes about 1–2 minutes, and it will be stored directly in your account. We no longer use printed forms, so we really appreciate you filling it out online.
Day of Training Session
Your Personal Trainer will meet you at the front desk at your appointment time and help you get checked in. Enjoy!

Policies
- Purchase Policy:
- All sessions and packages are non-transferable.
- All session and multi-session purchases expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
- All Get Started Personal Training lessons are 75 minutes long.
- All Continuing Personal Training lessons are 50 minutes long.
- Cancellation, Reschedule, No-Show, and Refund Policy:
- All personal training lessons require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in the session being forfeited, the account being charged (if unpaid), or a lesson punch being deducted, as applicable.
- Participants who do not attend a scheduled lesson (no-show) or arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will also forfeit the lesson. In these cases, the account will be charged (if unpaid), or a lesson punch will be deducted, as applicable.
- In special circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the program supervisor. If approved, a $25.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
