Private & Semi-Private Personal Training
Have a nationally certified fitness professional design a results-driven program with you to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Personal Training Prerequisite:
- A "Get Started" session is required before your first private or semi-private personal training session.
Follow the Steps to begin your Personal Training Journey:
Step 1: Fill out the Session Request Form. You may request a specific trainer on the form. See Trainer Bios.
Step 2: Fill out the Personal Training Intake Form (for Semi-Private lessons, both participants will need to fill out the intake form).
Step 3: A trainer will be assigned to you all unless you requested a specific trainer.
Step 4: The trainer will contact you to set up your session.
Step 5: Your trainer will greet you at the front desk at the time of your appointment.
Step 6: Enjoy your workouts - you deserve it!
Cost & Policies
Purchasing Training Sessions:
At this time, we’re unable to process purchases for personal training sessions. However, we are still accepting requests and our trainers are continuing to meet with clients for both Get Started sessions and Personal Training appointments.
Once our system is fully operational for private lesson payments, we will contact any clients who still need to purchase their sessions. At that time, a punch will be pulled for any sessions already used.

Private Lessons:
- Get Started: $89
- One Lesson: $74
- Four Lessons: $281.20
- Eight Lessons: $503.20
Semi-Private Lessons:
- Get Started: $51.50/person
- One Lesson: $43/person
- Four Lessons: $163.40/person
- Eight Lessons: $309.60/person
Purchase Policy:
- All sessions and packages are non-transferable.
- All session and multi-session purchases expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
- A personal training session may be cancelled up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the session being deducted from your account.
- To cancel or reschedule without being charged. Please contact your trainer at least 24 hours in advance.
