Step 2: During the checkout process, you’ll be prompted to complete the Personal Training Intake Form. It’s quick and easy — it only takes about 1–2 minutes, and it will be stored directly in your account. We no longer use printed forms, so we really appreciate you filling it out online.
Step 3: Your trainer will greet you at the front desk at the time of your appointment.
