In observance of the winter holidays, the City of Boulder is adjusting its operations schedules.
The Transportation Master Plan (TMP) is the guiding policy document for the City of Boulder’s transportation system.
Its vision is to create a safe, accessible and sustainable multimodal transportation system that connects people with each other and where they want to go.
The Transportation Master Plan Action Plan provides a high-level overview of action items the city is implementing to achieve the goals of the TMP. It tracks actions in the focus areas of Safe and Complete Streets, Regional Travel, Transportation Demand Management, Advanced Mobility, Funding and Sustainability.
The Transportation Master Plan Map highlights our aspirational goals in an interactive map.
The Transportation Master Plan is updated every five years and incorporates community feedback. It was last updated in 2019. Every two years, the city releases the Transportation Master Plan Report on Progress to measure progress toward achieving the plan's goals.
