Help Boulder kids today. Help yourself to a tax credit in April.

The City of Boulder Child Care Subsidy Program qualifies for the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit. You may be able to claim an income tax credit of 50 percent of your total contribution even if you don't have children.

Background

The City of Boulder has on average the fourth highest child care cost of any community in Colorado. As a result moderate- to low-income families face challenges in finding and affording quality care. Quality care is important for the critical development which happens during early childhood. Your individual or business contribution to the City's Child Care Subsidy Program provides financial assistance to help eligible, moderate-to low-income families pay for quality child care and make care more accessible.
