About the Purchasing Division
The Purchasing Division is part of the Finance Department at the City of Boulder. Our job is to:
- help departments obtain the best value for equipment, goods and services
- coordinate the formal bid process
- review and help ensure city procurement activity is in compliance with procurement procedures
