Weight Room Orientation

Cost: Free for Members

Our 30-minute adult weight room orientation is designed to help members become familiar with the equipment, learn how to use it safely, and understand our weight training policies and protocols.

Requirements by Age

To support safe and confident use of our fitness spaces, we offer a required 30-minute orientation for youth members.

Requirements by Age:

  • Ages 12–13:
    Must complete a 30-minute orientation with a personal trainer before using the weight room or cardio area. A chaperone is recommended during workouts but not required.
  • Under 12:
    Not permitted in the weight room or cardio area.
  • Age 14 and Older:
    Orientation is optional but strongly encouraged to learn equipment use, safety practices, and weight training policies.
