Be a FUN Maker

Calling all camp counselors! Our team offers three general recreation camps for campers ages 5 to 14. We will accept applications in 2025.Have questions about being a camp counselor, or want to be emailed when the positions go live? Please email Logan Downey, downeyl@bouldercolorado.gov.

Camper paperwork is through an online system called ePACT. Once registered you will receive an email from ePACT with a link to complete the required paperwork – this process takes about 20 minutes, and includes uploading your camper’s immunization forms, medication forms (which must be signed by a doctor), health care plans (for things such as severe allergies, epi pens and seizures, and any behavior support information.

Once completed, the paperwork must be updated annually by reviewing the current information entered and ensuring it is correct and/or updating anything that has changed. You will receive an email from ePACT asking you to update your information when this is needed.

  • A non-refundable deposit for each camp session is due at the time of registration.
  • The remaining balance can be paid in full or in smaller payments. The balance must be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp. Please note, no refunds will be provided 2 weeks prior to the start date.
  • Residents who need additional support can apply for financial aid and/or PLAYpass. CCAP is also accepted at some programs.
