HOA Resources and Information

Neighborhood Services offers different resources and limited programming for HOA communities. HOAs are registered and regulated through the state of Colorado.

Resources

Are you a resident or board member of an HOA? There is a lot to learn and understand about how HOAs work and how to be an effective resident or board member. Find resources for HOAs created by the State of Colorado. The Division of Regulatory Agencies oversees HOA's in Colorado.

HOA Forums

Attend a forum to learn about the Colorado HOA and Information Resource Center. You will have the opportunity to voice your questions and concerns regarding HOAs. At the forum, helpful resources will be provided along with a discussion of the rights and obligations of living in an HOA community. Topics and locations change monthly.
