How will validations work with the new gateless garages?
Payment for validations will be collected at the end of each month. This post-payment invoicing ensures that you are only charged for what is utilized each month. Payment for validations can be made via portal.metropolis.io. This is also where you can view your monthly invoices. Both credit card and ACH are accepted forms of payment.
Under the new gateless system, if your guest’s stay was longer than the allotted validation period, they will be charged for any time over the validation period. If they have signed up for Metropolis, they can just drive out and will receive a text with a link to view their receipt. Those who have not signed up for Metropolis and go over the allotted validation period may be subject to fines.
Contact the Metropolis team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the validations that you need. Validations can be provided by dollar amount or you can also choose to validate 100% of a customer's visit. Below are the garage prices for the number of hours parked.

How to validate a customers parking with Metropolis
To offer validations for the gateless system, you will need to set up an admin account with Metropolis. To do so please contact our local Metropolis staff at email@example.com.
To validate your customer's parking, you have two options.
Option 1: Metropolis will provide you a validation QR code that your guests can scan with their phone and will instantly apply the validation to their visit.
Option 2: Metropolis will provide you with a link that will allow you to simply enter your guest’s license plate number to add the validation to their visit.
