Trail Description

E.M. Greenman branches left off the Ranger Trail southeast of the Green Mountain Lodge. It contours around a ridge, then follows a drainage past the junction of the Saddle Rock Trail and becomes quite rocky and steep. After passing a spring, it climbs a rocky ridge to a saddle, then switchbacks to end at the summit of Green Mountain. Enjoy incredible mountain views at the top. Dogs are prohibited on the E.M. Greenman Trail from the intersection with Saddle Rock to Green Mountain summit. Dogs are allowed on leash between the Ranger and Saddle Rock trails. View the dog regulations map.
