The entire City of Boulder Finance department has consolidated into the building.

- Tax, Tax Audit and Licensing
The Facilities Asset Management team has worked hard to transform the space into the city’s first all-electric building, permanently eliminating natural gas use there. The facility went from the worst energy-performing building in the city’s inventory to one of the most efficient!
