New Britain Customer Service Hub

Meetings and orientations will be held during Customer Service Hub operating hours, Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Housing and Human Services walk-ins are welcome but appointments may be needed based on staff availability.

  • In-person appointments must submit materials online prior to the meeting
  • Please bring your own computer if you'd like to share a screen as external devices pose a security threat to the city network
