Meetings and orientations will be held during Customer Service Hub operating hours. Walk ins are welcome but appointments may be needed based on staff availability.

Planning and Development Services

  • Help navigating our virtual services, scheduling appointments and submitting an inquiry
  • Direct you to the correct member of staff to assist you
  • Help navigating the P&DS Customer Self Service Portal and making secure payments
  • In--person appointments, you will still need to submit materials online based on the directions on your given topic page. All materials must be submitted online and hard copies will not be accepted at in-person appointments, or at the Customer Service Hub. We also cannot connect external devices to city computers.
