Trailhead Description

Enjoy a creekside picnic at Buckingham Park picnic area. A handful of short trails lead to wheelchair accessible picnic tables, and access to Left Hand Creek. Take in the surrounding aquatic wildlife, variety of birds, and fall's changing colors.

Picnic Facilities

Buckingham Park offers several creek-side picnic tables. Four more secluded picnic areas are located west along Left Hand Canyon Drive.

Vault-style latrines at the main picnic area.

Transportation

Buckingham Park is located at the intersection of Left Hand Canyon Drive and Old Stage Road, north of Boulder and west of Hwy. 36.

The trailhead has 24 standard parking spaces and 1 ADA space.
