Hemp Business Registration

As of August 8, 2020, Hemp cultivation or extraction/production locations (not sales locations) are required to obtain a city regulatory license for a Hemp Business. This is in addition to the city business license for sales and use tax.

View the New Application Packet and/or the Renewal Application Packet(s) and gather all requested documents.

Apply & Pay Online

Log into your City of Boulder Customer Self-Service Account and create a request for your Liquor License for a Hemp License. You will be prompted to upload the supporting documents and then pay applicable city fees.

Applications are assigned to Regulatory Licensing staff on Tuesday mornings.
