Mesa and Bison Meeting Rooms

The Mesa and Bison Rooms are ideal spaces for club meetings, small business meetings, and parties. The rooms can be rented individually or together at a reduced rate. For larger capacity meetings we recommend renting the Mesa/Bison room or EBCC Ballroom.

• Max Occupancy. Mesa: 30 people, Bison: 30 people, Mesa/Bison: 60 people
• Individual Room Fee: $50/hour, Resident: $40/hour
• Mesa/Bison Room Fee: $80/hour, Resident: $65/hour

Multipurpose Room

The NBRC multipurpose room can be set as a single room or divided into two smaller rooms (Mesa and Bison), providing a great space for a party, special event, or business meeting. The Mesa and Bison rooms are available for rent during all non-programmed operating hours.

• The full multipurpose room and Sage room are not currently available for rent. (We currently store our bicycles for cycle classes in the Sage room.) Please see Mesa and Bison rooms for availability.

Gymnastics Birthday Parties

Birthday parties are available on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Visit the Gymnastics page for more information and pricing.

Pool and Gym Birthday Parties

Birthday parties are available during non-programed operating hours, and are based on room and amenity availability. Submit the rental request form to inquire about your event. Your party includes 2 hours of exclusive use of the Mesa/Bison room, and shared access to the leisure pool and gymnasium during your event. When available additional room usage may be rented at the normal hourly fee.

Fee: $250 Resident: $200
Price includes up to 20 participants. Additional participants are $5 each.

Gymnasium Information

If a party is occurring outside drop-In times, a personalized choice of sports equipment during the event can be made available. Sports include basketball, volleyball, pickleball, racquetball, and badminton..

Pool Information

Pool birthday parties may be available during Leisure Pool Open Swim. Submit the rental request form to inquire about availability.

Gymnasium Rentals

The basketball gymnasium has limited availability for group rentals. Submit an inquiry through the room rental request form to inquire about availability. Requests must have a minimum of 3 weeks notice. Rentals may only occur outside drop-In times. A personalized choice of sports equipment during the rental can be made available. Sports include basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and badminton.

• Full Gym Fee: $130/hour Resident: $110/hour
• 1/2 Gym Fee: $62.50/hour Resident: $50/hour
