How to Reserve Your Rental or Party
Estimate Cost
Look at the room/party options below. Additional fees may be charged for events, rentals, and reservations that require staff above and beyond those that are regularly scheduled to work. An additional premium applies for staffing that must take place outside of regular operational hours, recognizing it requires a shift in regular scheduling and management support to administer.

Room Rentals
Ballroom
The EBCC Ballroom faces south with beautiful views of the Flatirons; the perfect backdrop for any party, special event, retreat or business seminar. Easily divided into three smaller rooms, the Ballroom is our largest and most sought-after space and is available evenings and weekends only. Additional staffing fees may apply
- Max Occupancy: 175 people for the full ballroom.
- Fee: $250/hour. The adjacent kitchen and patio are available at an additional surcharge rate.
Flagstaff and Eldorado Meeting Rooms
The Flagstaff and Eldorado Meeting Rooms are ideal spaces for club meetings, small business meetings, and birthday parties. The rooms are individual spaces, and cannot be combined into a single large space. For larger capacity meetings we recommend the EBCC Ballroom. Flagstaff and Eldorado are available evenings and weekends*, with limited weekday daytime hours. Additional staffing fees may apply

- Fee: $80/hour Resident: $65/hour

Birthday Parties
Gymnasium and pool birthday parties are available during non-programed operating hours, and are based on room and amenity availability. Submit the rental request form to inquire about your event.
Your party includes 2 hours of exclusive use of either the Flagstaff meeting room or Eldorado meeting room, and shared access to the leisure pool and gymnasium during your event. When available additional room usage may be rented at the normal hourly fee.
Fee: $250 Resident: $200
Price includes up to 20 participants. Additional participants are $5 each.
Participants outside the 20-participant limit day of are subject to the day pass rate.
Gymnasium Information
If a party is occurring outside drop-In times, a personalized choice of sports equipment during the event can be made available. Sports include basketball, volleyball, pickleball, badminton, and futsol soccer.
Pool Information
Pool birthday parties may be available during Leisure Pool Open Swim. Submit the rental request form to inquire about availability.
Program Space Rentals
Gymnasium Rentals
The basketball gymnasium has limited availability for group rentals. Submit an inquiry through the room rental request form to inquire about availability. Rentals may only occur outside drop-In times, a personalized choice of sports equipment during the rental can be made available. Sports include basketball, volleyball, pickleball, badminton, and futsol soccer.
- Full Gym Fee: $130/hour Resident: $110/hour
- 1/2 Gym Fee: $62.50/hour Resident: $50/hour
