Picnic Area Reservations

Hub or Glades shelters for rental, up to 40 people maximum, up to 30 days in advance, and with four time slots per day.

Rentals are for year-round. However, if the park is closed due to weather and trail conditions, then so are the shelters. Visit this webpage to learn how to enroll in Valmont Bike Park text alerts.

  • The Hub Plaza Picnic Area and the Hub Plaza Shelter are both located off of the Airport Road parking lot.
  • The Glades Picnic Area and Glades Shelter are both located off of the Valmont Road parking lot.
  • Reservations are available 30 days in advance.
  • Reservation Fees: $150 for non-residents and $120 for residents, and are for three hour time slots (including set up and clean up time).
  • Electrical outlets are available at some shelter sites; however, their functionality is not guaranteed.
