Rental Availability
Birthday Parties
Your party includes 2 hours of exclusive use of the Community Lounge and shared access to the Ninja Obstacle Studio and gymnasium during your event. When available additional room usage may be rented at the normal hourly fee.
Fee: $250 Resident: $200
Price includes up to 20 participants. Additional participants are $5 each.
Ninja Information
If the party is occurring outside drop-in times, personalized choice of hanging obstacles are available during the event. Hanging obstacles can include rings, cannon ball grips, cheese walls, swinging rope bridge, and more. A maximum of 10 participants are allowed in the Ninja Obstacle Studio at any given time. When available a ninja instructor can be provided for an additional fee.
Gymnasium Information
If party is occurring outside drop-In times, personalized choice of sports equipment during the event. Sports include basketball, volleyball, pickleball, badminton, and futsol soccer.
Pool Information
Pool parties may be available during weekend Open Swim times. Submit the rental request form to inquire about availability.
Community Lounge Rentals
Meeting rentals only provide access to Community Lounge. Admission to gym, ninja studio, pool, and fitness areas are not included with the rental.
Youth Meeting Rental
Youth engagement and activity was identified as a key theme in the Boulder Parks and Recreation Department Plan Update. The Community Lounge was developed as a space to support local youth and teen engagement. To further support and prioritize this key theme, rentals with a youth focus will receive a discounted hourly rate.
A youth-focused rental requires the majority of participants to be under the age of 18. Examples of youth focused group rentals include scout troop meetings, homeschool meet-ups, youth club meetings, and youth group outing.
- Youth-focused rental fee: $50/hour Resident: $40/hour
- Rental times: Available during all non-programmed operating hours
Adult Meeting Rental
- Adult-focused rental fee: $80/hour Resident: $65/hour
- Rental times: Available during all non-programmed operating hours
Program Space Rentals
Dance Studio Rentals
The upstairs Dance Studio has limited availability for group rentals and meetings. Submit an inquiry through the room rental request form to inquire about availability. Rentals may only occur outside drop-In and other programming times.
Gymnasium Rentals
The basketball gymnasium has limited availability for group rentals. Submit an inquiry through the room rental request form to inquire about availability. Rentals may only occur outside drop-In times, a personalized choice of sports equipment during the rental can be made available. Sports include basketball, volleyball, pickleball, badminton, and futsol soccer.
- Full Gym Fee: $130/hour Resident: $110/hour
- 1/2 Gym Fee: $62.50/hour Resident: $50/hour
