Getting Started with Personal Training

Our certified personal trainers are here to help you reach your fitness goals.

New Clients

Every new client begins with a 75-minute Get Started session. In this one-on-one session, your trainer will talk with you about your goals and check your current fitness level. Follow the three steps below to get started.

Begin Working With a Personal Trainer

Get To Know Our Personal Trainers

To begin working with a personal trainer, all new clients and returning clients without a current intake form on file from the past year (paper or electronic) are required to complete a 75-minute Get Started session.

The Get Started session is $89. The session includes a consultation and fitness assessment with a nationally certified personal trainer.

On our request form, you may choose a specific trainer or have us recommend one based on your goals and preferences. You will also have the option to choose your preferred Recreation Center.

Fill Out the Request Form

Fill out the Personal Training Request form, and you will be connected to a nationally certified trainer within 2 - 4 business days (Monday - Friday).

Purchase a Lesson

Before your lesson, we kindly ask that you pay before your lesson date/time. All lesson purchases are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

Day of Lesson

Your Personal Trainer will meet you at the front desk at your scheduled appointment time.

After completing your Get Started lesson, you may choose to continue training by purchasing a single lesson, a 4-pack, or an 8-pack of lessons. The front desk team can assist you with your purchase.

Once you have selected one lesson or a package of lessons, you will schedule your future appointments directly with your trainer.

Weight Room Orientation

Get to Know the Weight Room

Interested in learning how to use the weight room equipment safely so you can begin working out on your own?

This orientation provides an introduction to the weight room equipment to help our members become familiar with proper operation and ensure safe use. It is not a personal training lesson.

It’s a free 30-minute session designed to help members get familiar with the equipment, learn how to use it safely, and understand weight training policies and protocols.
