VO2 Max, or maximal oxygen consumption, is the maximum amount of oxygen a person can use during intense exercise. It's a key indicator of cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance. The VO2 Max test involves exercising on a treadmill or bike while increasing the intensity every few minutes until exhaustion. The higher VO2 Max means your body is better at taking oxygen from the air and delivering it to your muscles. This allows you to produce more energy and perform better.
