Youth and Family Services is comprised of three programs: the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), Family Resource Schools (FRS) and the Youth Opportunities Program (YOP). These programs offer a range of comprehensive services to support children, youth and families in the City of Boulder.

- Provide programming with a focus on building family strengths.
- Analyze community needs and recommend the development of "family friendly" public policy.
