Trail Description
Rerouted in 2012, Homestead completes the South Mesa Loop. This trail is moderately trafficked and good for beginners or those looking to catch a view of many of the birds that travel through OSMP. This trail tends to get muddy after rain. Be prepared and if you encounter mud or standing water, please walk through it and not around it.
Please note: dogs must be leashed for a short section of Homestead Trail while crossing a riparian area near the western end of the trail.
