More fun ways to get fit for less

Don't let the weather outside stop your fitness routine or your kids' outings! Come into one of Boulder's three state-of-the-art fitness and recreation centers. Ride a spin bike, take a yoga class, swim in the lap pool or try something new like a dance, Nia, Pilates, Swiss ball or a Tai Chi class. Or have a certified personal trainer, custom-tailor a fitness program specifically for you!

Keep your children active! Sign them up for gymnastics, dance, sports and more. Let them have creative fun in the Children's Garden while you workout. Take them swimming!
