We will no longer be offering Pilates Reformer classes or private sessions. Unfortunately, the last two years have been a challenging time, that paired with aging equipment and space constraints has forced us to reassess our offerings to prioritize programming where we can meet the greatest need in alignment with our Master Plan goals.
Any programming reductions are difficult to make because of their effect on our community members. We will continue to offer a Pilates Mat Drop-in class on Tuesdays at 4:30pm at North Boulder Recreation Center.
We are currently offering private and semi-private personal training and nutrition coaching sessions at our recreation centers and virtually. Personal training and nutrition coaching are available at North Boulder Recreation Center, East Boulder Community Center and South Boulder Recreation Center.
Make an effective transition from the classroom to the professional world. We've designed our internship program to give students the opportunity to gain practical experience under professional leadership.
