Parking enforcement - regular enforcement operations and curbside parking incentives:
To support businesses and curbside pick-up/takeout options, parkers may use the signed and designated Curbside Pick-Up Zones (see photo below) for free 10 minutes of parking time around town for free short-term parking to facilitate curbside pick-up, takeout and delivery at retailers and restaurants. The 10 minutes does not require any logging in with a parking pay station or app like ParkMobile, however, it is highly encouraged that you log into ParkMobile and choose Zone 95001 for your free 10 minutes in the loading zone. For on-street parking enforcement, the grace period before receiving a citation once your time runs out is 5 minutes.

Parking in the city garages is the easiest way to park without knowing exactly how long your visit will be, as you pay based on time upon leaving. The parking rate is $1.25/hour for the first 4 hours, and then rises to $2.50/hour after that. Additional incentives for parking in city garages downtown are:
• $3 from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m. flat rate on weekdays
• Free parking in the garages on weekends and holidaysFor pressing parking concerns, please call non-emergency Police Dispatch at 303-441-3333. Overnight parking is not allowed in the garages (no parking between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. daily), and violators will be booted or towed (B.R.C. 7-7-2) and charged. Neighborhood Parking Permit zones are enforced, please be aware of the parking signage and ordinances when parking your vehicle.
